The Youth Leadership Institute (YLI), led by Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® – Alpha Alpha Kappa Omega Chapter, is a dynamic program designed to empower, educate, and inspire the next generation of leaders. This signature youth initiative provides high school students with opportunities to develop critical leadership skills, enhance their academic and career readiness, and engage in community service.
